Information Code Nutrition Gathers and Tracks We ask you about your profile, health history, and medical conditions so that we can formulate your supplements. E-mail and postal addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data like your credit card are only known to Code Nutrition when voluntarily submitted or posted to us for supplement orders on our website. We will never store any individual's personal information in our database without their express desire or directed actions within our web site.
