Information Code Nutrition Gathers and Tracks
We ask you about your profile, health history, and medical conditions so that we can formulate your supplements. E-mail and postal addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data like your credit card are only known to Code Nutrition when voluntarily submitted or posted to us for supplement orders on our website. We will never store any individual's personal information in our database without their express desire or directed actions within our web site.
Individuals under eighteen (18) years should consult with their parents or guardian about the use of this site for their health benefit.
How Code Nutrition Uses Your Information
We use your e-mail address for communicating order and shipment confirmations as well as extending online promotions and newsletters to you. We evaluate specific genes during the analysis of your DNA and the sample you provided is destroyed in the process. Therefore, we do not keep or store your unique genetic information.
